What you will do:

• Develops new sales opportunities
• Introduces new products
• Ensure payments by customers
• Ensures total customer satisfaction
• Ensures adequate branding for the territory
• Develops long term relationship with customers
• Negotiates contracts
• Applies Lonza policies
• Uses Lonza sales tools
• Monitors competition
• Coordinates customer visits/ audits
• Involves internal departments when required
• Participates to the organization of customer events/ seminars
• Responsible for maintaining good EHS compliant working conditions, safe practices in your assigned job or area and ensure continuous compliance to company’s operating procedures, EHS Standards and local law requirements.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by management

What we are looking for:

• Degree: Bachelor
• Field of Study: major in Pharmacology/ Medical & Health Care is a plus
• Minimum 3 years working experience, in health care industry preferably, sales function is a must, B2B environment is a plus
• Ability to communicate and build relationships
• Strong negotiation skills
• Resilient/ persistent
• Willingness to learn, curiosity
• Ability to work independently
• Flexibility to travel
• Ability to represent Lonza brand
• English CET-4
• Basic computer skills
