The Opportunity

As the Territory Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and/or selling the organization's products across multiple or non-specified channels in a designated territory by contacting specialists, physicians, pharmacies and/or distributors.

What You’ll Do

• Promote assigned products to doctors using the prescribed sales technique and visit these physicians based on assigned frequency.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with doctors.
• Achieve the minimum call performance with 100% achievement of monthly actual calls versus monthly target calls.
• Execute all agreed marketing strategies, programs, and action plans with quality.
• Drive sales and promotional activities, including detailing, product presentations, CME activities, and other promotional initiatives.
• Continuously select and update target doctors.
• Establish and continuously increase market share of products.
• Submit relevant reports vital to operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Territory Manager or Professional Medical Representative in a respectable Pharmaceutical/Consumer Goods company.
• Above-average communication skills in English and the local language.
• Experience in nutritional products is a plus.
• Aggressive, confident, and self-motivated with leadership potential.
• Persuasive, persevering, and a team player.
• Strong selling and communication skills with a pleasing personality.
• Willing to travel and be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.
• Relevant experience in Sales.
• Insight into internal and external customers.
• Brand Management knowledge.
• With at least 2-year work-related experience in Sales.
• Computer literate with good communication skills.
• Highly organized.
• Project Management capability.
• Customer Orientation.
• Analytical Skills.
• Willing to relocate.
• College graduate, preferably in Sales or Business Management.
