Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Support Account Managers through managing consolidated price lists, forecasts, product documentation, customer quotations, and sampling requests.
- Coordinate with Customer Service teams and manufacturing plants to ensure timely completion of activities required for order release.
- Collaborate with customer service teams across regions to harmonize processes and ensure consistency.
- Analyze sales tracking reports to monitor forecast compliance and identify discrepancies impacting sales performance.
- Receive and follow up on customer complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with customer contracts and agreements.
- Participate in customer meetings alongside Account Managers to support customer needs and strengthen relationships.
- Monitor service performance through KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate effectively with Regulatory, Quality, Planning, Finance, and Customer Service teams to deliver exceptional customer support.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- University degree.
- 1-3 years of Sales Support experience and/or manufacturing operations experience.
- Experience prioritizing, coordinating, and managing multiple customer accounts.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Experience working with SAP or similar business systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
