About This Role

EPOS is looking for a Telesales Consultant to join our Sales team and play a critical role in driving new business opportunities. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth efforts — identifying potential clients, making impactful connections, and setting high-quality appointments for our sales team.

You will combine your communication skills, persuasive sales techniques, and research capabilities to convert cold calls into warm leads. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy hitting targets, and are motivated by high earnings and career growth, this role is for you.

This is what your job scope will be...Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Research and scrape the web for qualified leads and decision-maker contacts.
• Build and maintain a database of prospects for targeted outreach.

Client Engagement & Appointment Setting

• Contact potential clients via phone to introduce EPOS products and services.
• Build rapport quickly and effectively communicate our value proposition.
• Convert cold calls into qualified appointments for the sales team.

Sales Target Achievement

• Consistently meet or exceed appointment-setting and lead-generation KPIs.
• Adopt a proactive, goal-oriented approach to drive measurable results.

Record Management & Compliance

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Ensure all outreach activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Support & Collaboration

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
• Assist with general administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties when needed.

Requirements

We would love to hear from you if...

• You have at least 2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or outbound sales.
• You are proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese
• You are an excellent communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• You can confidently draft professional emails with attention to tone and detail.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using messaging or CRM platforms.
• You are friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused in every interaction.
• You thrive under pressure and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
• You can multitask effectively, meet deadlines, and stay organized.
• You have a self-motivated, “get things done” attitude and are driven by results.
