Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. The position demands a strategic approach to ensure that the architecture aligns with business goals and technical requirements, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine and optimize architectural frameworks is a key part of daily activities, ensuring seamless integration and future readiness of technology solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and technical expertise.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infor LN for Discrete Manufacturing.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with MongoDB, Infor Birst.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and provide innovative architectural solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and middleware technologies relevant to manufacturing platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Infor LN for Discrete Manufacturing.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
