1The ERP Integration Technical Lead provides strategic and technical leadership for the design, delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of SAP and enterprise integration capabilities that enable critical business processes across ERP and Digital Core platforms. The role is accountable for secure, scalable, and resilient integration solutions spanning SAP Integration Suite (CPI), API Management, event-driven integration, middleware technologies, and enterprise interfaces, ensuring alignment with business objectives, enterprise architecture standards, and long-term platform strategy.This role leads a team of integration engineers and technical specialists, providing direction, coaching, and technical oversight to ensure high-quality delivery and operational support across SAP and non-SAP applications. The role also partners closely with architects, product teams, and business stakeholders to shape integration strategy, manage priorities, and drive reliable, business-aligned outcomes.

About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for Technical Lead - SAP Integration. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Solution Delivery Leadership
Lead the integration delivery team to successfully execute projects, enhancements, and operational support commitments
Oversee solution design, development, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities across SAP and non-SAP environments
Ensure delivery quality, adherence to technical standards, and alignment with business priorities and enterprise architecture
Manage prioritization, resource allocation, and delivery planning to achieve business objectives
Own the long-term health, evolution, and delivery of SAP Integration Suite, Azure API capabilities, and middleware technologies
Integration Strategy & Technical Leadership
Maintain the technical roadmap, architecture standards, and integration patterns for ERP integration platforms and services
Provide technical leadership for SAP Integration Suite (CPI), SAP API Management, SAP Event Mesh, and related integration technologies
Ensure integration solutions support long-term sustainability, operational reliability, scalability, and security requirements
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend modernization opportunities that improve integration capabilities and business value
Technical Architecture & Engineering·
Promote reusable integration frameworks, standards, and best practices
Ensure adherence to SAP Clean Core principles and extensibility standards
Partner with Solution Architects to ensure integration solutions align with enterprise architecture and broader product strategies
Drive API-first architecture and integration best practices across ERP products and services
Ensure robust monitoring, error handling, resiliency, retry mechanisms, and observability capabilities are implemented
Guide teams in the use of integration technologies including REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, SFTP, JSON, XML, and cloud integration patterns
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with business stakeholders, ERP Functional Analysts, Solution Architects, Product Managers, and other technical teams to define and prioritize integration requirements
Communicate technical considerations, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to both technical and business audiences
Manage expectations and facilitate alignment across multiple teams and delivery organizations
People Leadership & Talent Development
Lead, coach, and mentor integration engineers and technical specialists
Foster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation
Support workforce planning, capability development, and technical succession planning activities
Promote adoption of integration standards, modern engineering practices, and reusable solutions

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise integration, software development, and IT delivery, including leadership responsibilities
Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and provide architecture guidance for complex integration landscapes
Strong experience designing and supporting SAP and non-SAP integration solutions
Expertise in SAP Integration Suite (CPI), SAP API Management, SAP Event Mesh, and enterprise integration patterns
Experience with modern API technologies, middleware platforms, cloud-native integration solutions, and security frameworks
Strong knowledge of OAuth2, SAML, JWT, certificates, API security, and integration governance
Experience working within Agile delivery environments and DevOps practices
Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, communication, and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and large-scale ERP transformation programs.
Experience integrating SAP with Azure-based services and cloud platforms.
Knowledge of event-driven architecture and enterprise messaging frameworks.
Experience leading geographically distributed teams and vendor resources.
