Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members to ensure alignment with project objectives. - Mentor and support team members to develop their skills and enhance overall team performance. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivery processes and outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Coupa. - Strong knowledge of procurement and spend management processes related to Coupa implementations. - Experience in configuring and customizing Coupa modules to meet business requirements. - Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions within Coupa. - Familiarity with integration techniques between Coupa and other enterprise systems. - Proven skills in troubleshooting and resolving issues within Coupa environments.
