What you will do in this role

As a Team Leader on our team, you will:  

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of customer support representatives 

- Conduct regular performance reviews and develop improvement plans 

- Ensure high standards of customer service and support 

- Cooperate with PM to fulfill Client’s business account plan 

- Monitor team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) 

- Deliver the performance review to team members 

- Identify training needs and opportunities for team growth and organize training sessions  

- Prepare reports on team performance, mission-critical incidents, and customer feedback

- Are proficient or bilingual in Danish and Chinise and are fluent in English 
- More than 3 years of customer service team management experience in automotive industry 

- Business knowledge and commercial awareness 

- Have strong IT knowledge and high customer care knowledge 

- Have strong communication skills and negotiation 
- Have leadership and coaching skills 

- Can implement and manage change

Salary 22.200 euros gross/year + up to 2000 euros gross/year in bonus
