What you need to know about this position:

• You will gain experience in Production, Maintenance and/or Quality Assurance at our Gebze Gum & Candy Plant or Bakery Plant for 1 year starting from September 2026.

• You will receive a structured onboarding and mentoring process.

• You will get exposure to real-world production planning projects in a modern manufacturing environment.

• You will be a part of a dynamic and supportive team culture focused on continuous improvement and innovation.

• Having a unique perspective,

• Strong willingness to learn, grow, and face technical challenges,

• Proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and in a team,

• Languages: English & local language

• Strong collaboration and relationship management skills,

• 3rd or final-year students in Engineering fields.
