What you need to know about this position:
You will gain experience in Production, Maintenance and/or Quality Assurance at our Gebze Gum & Candy Plant or Bakery Plant for 1 year starting from September 2026.
You will receive a structured onboarding and mentoring process.
You will get exposure to real-world production planning projects in a modern manufacturing environment.
You will be a part of a dynamic and supportive team culture focused on continuous improvement and innovation.

Languages: English & local language
Strong collaboration and relationship management skills,
