The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our CEG Talent Acquisition team in Yokohama, Japan. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment for a high volume of roles, partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver efficient, consistent, and positive experience for candidates and stakeholders.

This role suits someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple vacancies at different stages. You’ll use effective sourcing, clear communication, and recruitment data to keep hiring moving and identify opportunities to improve the process.

In this Role, you’ll get to

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their business objectives and hiring needs. Develop the recruitment strategy and ways to build a talent pipeline accordingly.
• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for a high volume of vacancies ensuring a seamless, uniform, and positive candidate experience.
• Develop and implement sourcing plans using appropriate channels, including job boards, referrals, internal databases, social media and direct sourcing.
• Engage in creative talent mapping efforts for the purposes of building our candidate pipeline as well as to provide market intelligence to the business.
• Monitor recruitment activity and metrics, including pipeline health, time to hire, interview progress, and offer outcomes. Use insights to identify risks and recommend next steps.

Must-Have

• 8+ years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally in high-volume or fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Korean, Japanese and English, written and spoken, is required.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines at the same time.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to use recruitment data and tools to track progress, identify challenges, and guide actions.
• Good judgment and problem-solving skills, including the ability to raise risks early and recommend practical solutions.
• A collaborative, adaptable, and continuous-improvement mindset.

Good-to-Have

• Experience in both agency and in-house recruitment environments
• Experience partnering with senior leadership on strategic recruitment initiatives
• Experience using recruitment data to identify market trends and inform workforce or hiring strategies
• Proven ability to take initiative and lead cross-functional projects from planning through to completion.
