We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Systems & Data Operations Specialist (Associate) to join our Engagement Operations & Data Quality team in Athens. In this role, you will support the accurate, efficient and reliable operation of key business systems and data processes.

This is a back-office operational role within the Engagement Operations & Data Quality team, focused primarily on systems administration, data quality, invoicing support and internal service delivery.

Make a real impact

• Administer the Entersoft platform and maintain accurate, complete and up-to-date client, recipient and contact data.

• including legal entity names, contact details, email addresses and account status.

• Review contracts and supporting documentation to validate data and process recipient additions, amendments and removals correctly.

• Produce accurate system extracts and reports in response to business requests, ensuring information is delivered within agreed timelines.

• Monitor the central invoices mailbox, respond to requests and provide invoice documentation when required.

• Support clients and internal project teams with system and e-invoicing queries, validate information and coordinate the timely resolution of data discrepancies.

• Manage and follow up requests through the e-ticketing system, assigning or escalating issues to the appropriate stakeholders and tracking them through closure.

• Perform routine data-quality checks, identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements and automation opportunities that increase accuracy, efficiency and service quality.

What you bring matters

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in systems support, data administration, invoicing or customer service.

• Strong digital literacy and the ability to learn and use business systems confidently.

• Strong practical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to effectively manage, analyze and report on data.

• Fluency in Greek and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail when handling data, records and documentation.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize requests and meet deadlines.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with business, client and technical stakeholders.

• A proactive, accountable and solution-focused approach, with a commitment to data quality and high-quality service.
