PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND OUTPUTS

The primary responsibilities and decisions reside in these areas:

Coordination:

  • Support the Regional Supply Chain Manager in coordinating suppliers providing services such as escorts, accommodation, transportation, interpretation, and other program-related services.
  • Liaise with Case Management and Operations teams to ensure supply chain services are delivered in accordance with program procedures.
  • Assist in resolving day-to-day operational issues related to supplier services.

Supplier Monitoring:

  • Support the monitoring of supplier performance across the region.
  • Collect feedback from operational teams regarding supplier service quality and delivery.
  • Maintain records of supplier performance and escalate issues where required.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Assist in maintaining supplier documentation and ensuring records are complete and up to date.
  • Support the collection of documentation required for supplier compliance checks and internal audits.
  • Work with the Supply Chain Compliance Analyst to provide regional information when required.
  • Assist in preparing regional supply chain updates and reports

  • Good awareness and consideration of political implications and religious sensitivities that apply to customers and their host countries.

PRE-REQUISITES:

Knowledge/Experience

  • Experience working within the Assisted Passage Program, preferably in Case Management, Logistics, Operations, or Administration.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating activities across teams or stakeholders.
  • Experience working with service providers or external partners is an advantage.
  • Experienced in working with compliance or regulatory protocols and strategies
  • Demonstrated experience of operating in dynamic global operating environments with time sensitive deadlines

Qualifications / Skills

  • Desirable: a tertiary qualification in any field
  • Microsoft suite of products including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Good data analysis and visualization skills
