We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our Customer Service & Logistics team. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about supply chain management and eager to kick-start their career in a fast-paced, global FMCG environment. The role will support end-to-end supply chain operations, focusing on driving service excellence, logistics efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management & Customer Service: Support the order-to-delivery process, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer expectations.
Logistics Coordination: Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound logistics activities, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution operations.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze supply chain KPIs (e.g., On-Time In-Full [OTIF], fill rates, lead times, freight costs) and generate regular reports to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer service levels.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Planning, Procurement, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of supply chain activities.
Inventory Management Support: Monitor inventory levels and support initiatives to optimize stock availability while minimizing waste and obsolescence.
Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve supply chain disruptions, delivery issues, and customer complaints in a timely manner.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all logistics and supply chain activities comply with company policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.
More about this role
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Internship or practical experience in supply chain, logistics, or FMCG is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization); knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Self-starter with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
