Role Overview:

The Specialist, Transport will be responsible for organizing schedules and routes, ensuring that vehicles are safe and meet legal requirements, and making sure that drivers are aware of their duties. He/she/they will work within general policies, principles/goals, and work directly with transport Manager.

Role and Key Responsibilities:

· Effective Planning and Prioritization to drive performance

· Provide mentorship for new hires

· Handle conflicts while managing eSAT

· Ability to manage and support a team

· Liaising between management, drivers and internal customers

· Evaluating driver performance, handling customers queries and resolving complaints in timely manner

Key Skills and knowledge:

· Data Collection, analysis and reporting

· Logical thinking, analytical, solution oriented and adept at handling complex situations

· Should be a good team player with willingness to learn and drive to achieve

Educational Qualification:

Graduate
