Student

in Finance Practice Group (Ref: S-FPG)

Requirements:

• A law student, 2nd year or higher
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Diligent and attentive to details.
• Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
• Team player.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Banking and Finance team on a daily basis in preparation of first drafts of Bulgarian law and English law finance and security documents (e.g. loan agreements, pledge agreements and mortgages, corporate guarantees, etc.).
• Perform research of regulations and court practice, assist with translations, etc.
• Assist in the process of collection and review of CPs (conditions precedent) documents.
• Support the more senior staff with drafting board resolutions and other corporate documents, legal opinions, etc.
• Work in close co-operation with more senior staff and peers.
