We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Developer to join our team and help advance Micron's Identity & Access Governance (IAG) capabilities. This role focuses on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), SailPoint's next-generation SaaS-based identity governance platform, and requires hands-on expertise in configuring, integrating, and extending ISC to deliver scalable enterprise identity solutions.
In this role, you will be a key member of a cross-functional team responsible for designing, developing, and delivering capabilities that support Micron's identity governance strategy and business objectives.

Responsibilities and Tasks
Configure SailPoint ISC tenant components including source connectors, identity profiles, lifecycle states, access profiles, roles, and provisioning policies to enable use cases and user stories developed by the Product Management team.
Perform custom development and scripting using SailPoint ISC Transforms, Native and Connector Rules, and REST API integrations to support IAG use cases and user stories.
Design and develop custom on-premises, virtual appliance-based, and SaaS application connectors.
Coordinate with SailPoint on SaaS platform updates, feature releases, and tenant health monitoring; perform regression testing following vendor-initiated upgrades.
Develop and execute functional, smoke, and regression testing to validate the quality, stability, and reliability of ISC configurations and integrations.
Support the development of Application Factory processes and integration templates to accelerate onboarding of new systems.
Proactively monitor and troubleshoot ISC tenant health, integrations, provisioning workflows, access requests, and identity data quality to ensure platform stability and reliability
Utilize AI-enabled tools and modern development practices to improve efficiency, code quality, troubleshooting, and delivery of SailPoint ISC solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently, quickly learn new technologies, support both modern and legacy applications, and adapt effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Qualifications and Skills
Technical proficiencies required:
8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), or related cybersecurity domains.
2-3+ years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
Experience designing and configuring ISC components, including tenant configuration, sources, identity profiles, lifecycle states, access profiles, roles, provisioning policies, and governance groups.
Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, provisioning, identity correlation, and access governance processes.
Experience developing and supporting integrations using REST APIs, Web Services, flat-file integrations, and SailPoint connectors.
Proficiency in one or more scripting or programming languages such as Java, Python, PowerShell, or TypeScript.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently resolve complex identity and access issues.

Preference given to candidates who possess the following:
Experience migrating from SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
Experiexnce integrating ISC with enterprise platforms such as Active Directory, Entra ID, Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle, or other SaaS applications.
Working knowledge of LDAP, identity data modeling, enterprise role design, authentication protocols, and API-based integrations.
Experience working within regulated environments that require compliance with SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, or similar frameworks.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms) to enhance productivity, automation, troubleshooting, and software development workflows.
SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) certifications, IdentityNow Engineer certification, or other SailPoint credentials.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of experience in related discipline.
