About the Team
The NPI and Product Operations team sits at the center of innovation and execution at Druva. We act as the operational engine for Product Management, Engineering, Go-To-Market (GTM), Finance, and Business Systems. We own how product initiatives, pricing and SKU implementations, and technical alliances are planned, sequenced, and launched, working across global teams
Role Purpose & Impact
We are seeking a Staff Program Manager, NPI & Product Operations to be an accountable owner for getting Druva’s product launches, pricing rollouts, and technical alliance integrations delivered on time, end-to-end. You are the person leadership turns to for a straight answer on whether a launch will land on its committed dateYou will run launches end to end: define the plan and the critical path, drive the decisions and tradeoffs that protect the date, resolve conflicts between teams with competing priorities, and hold the full cross-functional group to a single sequenced launch roadmap. You will operate across Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, and Business Systems. Where automation or AI tooling measurably cuts cycle time or manual effort, you will put it to work, but the measure of the role is launches shipped on time and without defects
What You’ll Do
- Own and Lead AI-First NPI & Product Operations: Own Druva’s New Product Introduction (NPI) process from launch intake and post-launch review. Define the critical path, run the release gates, track dependencies and risks, and carry personal accountability for launches shipping on their committed dates
- Pricing & GTM Execution: Own the cross-functional program execution for complex pricing implementations—including SKU creations, price changes, promotional rollouts, and entitlement logic—collaborating closely with SalesOps, RevOps, Finance, IT, and Business Systems.
- Technical Alliance & Commercialization Alignment: Drive joint technical execution and commercialization initiatives with cloud providers, OEMs, and ISVs, aligning deliverables and timelines across internal and external stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Governance: Be the connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales Ops, Legal, Finance, and Support. Draw out competing priorities early, broker the tradeoffs, and drive contested decisions to closure. When escalation is needed, bring a recommendation rather than a question
- Process Optimization & AI Transformation: Re-engineer existing program management practices using AI-driven insights and automation to boost speed, consistency, and launch quality across the organization.
- Metrics, KPIs & Transparency: Establish data-driven dashboards and KPIs (via Sigma, Looker, Jira) to track release velocity, pricing implementation accuracy, and operational efficiency, providing executive leadership with actionable insights.
- Global Program Execution: Run programs across globally distributed teams. Set the meeting cadence, working norms, and written documentation standards that keep stakeholders in every region equally informed and equally accountable, without relying on live meetings to make progress
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 8+ years of program management experience (with 10+ years overall tech experience), leading complex cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, SalesOps, Finance, and GTM teams.
- 3+ years of direct experience in pricing operations, SKU management, and business system implementations (CPQ, Salesforce, ERPs).
- AI Transformation Mindset: Demonstrated passion and practical experience leveraging AI tools, GenAI automations, and modern workflow intelligence to eliminate manual toil and optimize operations.
- NPI & Alliances Expertise: Deep domain knowledge of B2B SaaS release cycles, commercialization models, and driving joint executions with tech partners/cloud providers.
- Data & Tooling Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern collaboration stacks (Jira Advanced Roadmaps, Confluence, Sigma, Looker) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Execution & Ownership: Exceptional bias for action, meticulous attention to detail, and a proven ability to lead through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
What Success Looks Like in the Role
- 3 Months: Flawlessly take over running core NPI release gates and Pricing/SKU rollout pipelines. Conduct an end-to-end audit of current Product Ops handoffs to identify immediate AI/automation opportunities.
- 6 Months: Deploy an upgraded, AI-assisted NPI launch playbook that reduces cross-functional friction, shortens release approval cycles, and delivers zero-defect SKU deployments across IT/GTM systems.
- 12 Months: Fully establish an "AI-first" Product Operations culture, integrating automated predictive tracking for risk mitigation, launch status, and pricing governance across the entire product portfolio.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
Innovation is how we operate, not a side project. You’ll work in a culture that values bold thinking and continuous improvement, where global teams experiment, iterate, and turn new ideas into products customers can rely on.
If you’re looking for high-ownership work, visible impact, and a culture that values innovation, collaboration, accountability, and growth—where you’ll be trusted to lead and empowered to build—you’ll thrive at Druva.
