The Opportunity

Wealth's mission is to deliver a revolutionary financial and estate management platform for the modern world. We are looking for a Staff Product Designer to serve as a principal interaction and UX architect across our entire platform ecosystem. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where you will design the workflow patterns, navigation models, and system behaviors for our enterprise advisory and end-client platforms.

As a Staff Product Designer, you will bridge complex legal/financial domain logic, system architecture, and direct customer insights. You will operate on the front lines with financial advisors, enterprise partners, and end-clients, transforming dense operational complexity into intuitive, highly usable product workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Customer Discovery & Co-Design: Lead qualitative user research, contextual inquiries, and workflow-mapping sessions with financial advisors, wealth management executives, and legal staff to uncover operational bottlenecks and usability issues.

• Customer Advisory & Usability Validation: Establish ongoing testing loops with key enterprise accounts to validate information architecture, test interaction prototypes, and ensure key workflows reduce advisory friction.

• Customer-Facing UX Representation: Join enterprise client meetings alongside Product Management and Customer Success to present core UX frameworks, walk through end-to-end user journeys, and champion usability requirements.

• End-to-End Interaction Architecture: Own the interaction design and information architecture for high-stakes, multi-persona platform workflows—mapping intricate legal document ingestion, financial data structures, and estate planning journeys.

• UX Systems & Interaction Patterns: Define and maintain foundational interaction patterns, user task flows, navigation systems, and accessibility standards to ensure consistent application behaviors across all product squads.

• Cross-Functional Discovery & Alignment: Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering leads to translate customer feedback into structured user flows, edge-case coverage, and clear interaction specifications.

• Market & UX Strategy: Analyze industry workflow patterns and user behavior metrics to optimize user efficiency and maintain our position as market leaders in AdvisorTech.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of digital product design experience (or equivalent design leadership experience), with a track record of building interaction architectures for complex enterprise SaaS or Fintech platforms.

• Deep Customer Interaction Background: Proven experience leading customer research, conducting deep-dive user interviews, running usability tests, and incorporating qualitative research into product strategy.

• Mastery of Information Architecture & UX: Demonstrated expertise in mapping complex user mental models, designing intuitive task flows, organizing deep hierarchical data, and establishing interaction frameworks.

• Domain Complexity Translation: Proven ability to unpack complex legal, regulatory, and financial processes (such as estate structures, tax planning, and document parsing) into simple, logical user steps.

• Data-Informed UX Decisions: Experience pairing qualitative user feedback with quantitative usage metrics, task completion times, and user efficiency analytics to iterate on platform interactions.

• Cross-Functional Communication: Exceptional ability to clearly present and advocate for complex interaction models to executive leadership, technical teams, and external enterprise clients.

• A “Founder” Mentality: Highly autonomous, resourceful, and relentless about solving complex, real-world user efficiency problems.
