Monks is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team and work closely with our clients and internal teams, managing projects for consumer brands and ensuring successful delivery across digital and social initiatives. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, resources, and priorities while building strong relationships with multiple clients and ensuring projects meet their business objectives.
You'll play a key role in coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered according to the agreed Scope of Work (SOW).
Role & Responsibilities
- Build a strong understanding of clients, their businesses, and objectives, translating their needs into clear project plans and actionable recommendations.
- Manage projects closely with clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment on objectives, deliverables, timelines, and the agreed SOW.
- Build and strengthen relationships with consumer brands through proactive communication, effective coordination, and consistent project delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and visibility throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively manage project timelines, resources, and workloads, ensuring teams are properly coordinated to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Schedule, track, and prioritize assignments using project management tools such as Monday, timelines, and tracking dashboards.
- Monitor project progress through data and social media tracking dashboards, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
- Prepare and share risk reports to keep stakeholders informed about project status, potential challenges, and required actions.
- Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), supporting business reviews and project performance discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multi-market teams to ensure the effective delivery of proposals, campaigns, and ongoing projects.
- Brief team members on project objectives, deliverables, and expectations, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress and potential roadblocks.
- Leverage AI methodologies to identify opportunities to optimize workflows and improve project management processes.
- Evaluate completed projects, identifying opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and overall delivery.
You Should Have
- 5 years of experience in project management, ideally within a digital agency environment.
- Experience working with consumer brands and managing projects for global brands.
- Strong knowledge of the digital and social media landscape.
- Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, including social media, paid media, IM, and other digital channels and brand touchpoints.
- Experience managing multiple clients and building strong client relationships.
- Solid understanding of SOW,, project planning, timelines, resource allocation, and workload management.
- Experience using project management tools such as Monday, as well as timelines and project tracking dashboards.
- Experience monitoring project performance through data and social media tracking dashboards.
- Experience preparing risk reports and participating in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Knowledge of AI methodologies and their application to optimize workflows and processes.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both clients and internal teams.
- Ability to identify potential challenges, communicate risks, and proactively drive solutions.
- Advanced English proficiency is preferred
