Role Overview  

What You Will Do 

• Team Development: Lead, recruit, and manage a growing operations team. Mentor and coach team members to transition from strong execution to independently owning modules, driving long-term planning, and applying systems thinking.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the core liaison between Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to optimize the requirement planning process and significantly reduce ad-hoc escalations and live incidents.

• Market Monitoring: Lead the continuous monitoring of key competitors' strategies, bypass monitoring restrictions during peak promotional seasons, and conduct market research on new target channels.
• Price Sharpness Optimization: Drive the implementation of complex discount models and pricing features to ensure consistency and competitiveness across internal metrics.
• Scalable Matching Framework: Manage large-scale item/account pre-warming and automated matching frameworks (handling 800+ accounts and 70,000+ matching cards within short timeframes) to improve item match rates and recall.

Basic Qualifications  

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in pricing operations, e-commerce operations, or product/project management, with at least 2 years of experience in team management or leadership.
• Proven ability to manage product roadmaps end-to-end, make critical technical and design trade-offs in a fast-paced environment, and effectively shorten development cycles.

Preferred Qualifications 

• Demonstrate high stress tolerance during high-stakes, time-sensitive projects (e.g., Double 11 / mega sale events), with the ability to execute weekend live risk management to ensure zero client impact.
• Ability to synthesize fragmented and inconsistent operational signals into structured problem frameworks and establish comprehensive, end-to-end waste reduction mechanisms.
