Job Description:

Design the solution architecture end-to-end, follow enterprise architecture guidelines, work primarily within projects/products. Lead on project blueprints and design specifications.

Marketing Technology Platform Knowledge

Support architecture across marketing technology ecosystems, including:

• Customer Personalization Platforms
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Salesforce Data Cloud
• Concept of Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
• Campaign Management Platforms
• Digital Channels Integration
• Digital Asset Management System
• Consent & Preference Management
• Marketing Analytics Platforms
• AI/GenAI-enabled Marketing Capabilities

Data & Integration Architecture

• Design integrations between marketing platforms and enterprise systems.
• Define API-first and event-driven architecture patterns.
• Establish data-sharing strategies across platforms.
• Support real-time, near real-time, and batch integration patterns.
• Design customer data synchronization approaches across channels and platforms.
• Ensure data lineage, governance, and quality requirements are incorporated into solution designs.

AI & Emerging Technology Enablement

• Assess AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI opportunities within marketing use cases.
• Architect AI-powered customer engagement and personalization solutions.
• Support integration of enterprise-approved LLM platforms into marketing workflows.
• Evaluate vendor capabilities and emerging technologies for strategic fit.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, regulatory, and enterprise governance standards.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

• Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
• Graduate degree, preferred
• 7+ years relevant experience
• Salesforce Tech Stack
• Marketing knowledge
