Summary:
As a Solution Architect, a typical day involves interpreting and transforming client needs into unique and actionable solutions by leveraging a deep understanding of specific technologies, functions, or platforms. This role requires close collaboration with sales and delivery teams to craft solutions that not only meet client expectations but also strengthen the overall business proposition. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure that the proposed solutions are practical, competitive, and aligned with client objectives, fostering a seamless transition from concept to implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of solution design with client requirements.
- Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance solution offerings.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in understanding solution frameworks.
- Document and communicate solution designs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAS Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience in designing scalable and efficient solutions tailored to client needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively across diverse groups.
- Familiarity with data management and integration techniques to support comprehensive solution development.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality and innovative solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAS Analytics.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
