Group/Division
The Semiconductor Products and Customers (Semi PC) business unit designs, builds and sells KLA’s product portfolio to help chip manufacturers meet high-quality standards to enable technologies like AI, data centers, automotive and electronic devices. Our inspection, metrology, and analytics systems detect and monitor defects across logic and memory chips, specialty semiconductors, wafers, reticles, advanced packaging, process equipment and materials. We also develop technologies for specialty processes, IC substrates, and PCB manufacturing, including etch and deposition, component inspection, and imaging and analytics.What You'll Do
In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support for our Frontline software solution, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for Frontline software, including installation, configuration, version upgrades, troubleshooting, maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, ensuring timely responses, effective problem resolution, and high customer satisfaction.
- Document, track, and escalate complex technical issues and product enhancement requests to R&D and relevant stakeholders when required.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and R&D teams to support customer onboarding, business growth, product demonstrations, and continuous product improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service activities, technical issues, and resolutions in the support management system.
- Deliver technical presentations, customer training, and knowledge-sharing sessions to customers and internal teams.
- Support assigned projects independently and provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and relevant activities to management.
- Comply with company processes, service standards, and operational procedures while performing all support activities.
- Willing to be based in Malaysia and frequently travel to other Southeast Asian countries to provide on-site technical support and customer service for regional customers as required by business needs
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's /Master's Level Degree and PCB related work experience of 2-5 years
- At least 2 years CAM or MI experience in PCB industry. Familiarity with Frontline InPlan/InFlow or InCAMPro solution is a major plus.
- Proven experience in technical support, software troubleshooting, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of software installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
