Responsibilities:

As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and cost-efficient software as a service solutions that align with enterprise architecture. Your day-to-day activities will include applying software as a service principles such as multi-tenancy and modularity, defining customization limits, and guiding platform use to ensure optimal performance and maintainability. You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, demonstrating influencing and advisory skills. You will be responsible for team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, contributing to key decisions, and providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow is required. Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow Flow Designer is recommended. Expert proficiency in AI & Data Solution Architecture, along with advanced proficiency in ServiceNow Integration Hub, ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and Virtual Agents, are suggested.

• Provide strategic guidance on software as a service architecture to enhance platform scalability and security.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architectural decisions with business goals and technical standards.

• Lead the evaluation and adoption of new technologies to improve solution modularity and maintainability.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing system performance and recommending optimizations.

• Mentor team members by sharing expertise and fostering a culture of innovation and quality.

Extensive experience:  

• Typically 10+ years relevant experience.

• Works independently on assigned activities.

• Provides guidance to junior team members and offshore delivery resources where required.

• Collaborates effectively with both functional and technical teams.

• Takes ownership of assigned domains and delivers outcomes with minimal supervision.

• Demonstrates a strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
