Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Senior Video & Content Producer to lead the production of high-quality video and digital content across multiple brands.

This role will take ownership of projects from concept through to final delivery, creating engaging content for websites, social media, digital advertising, e-commerce, retail presentations, trade shows, product education, and internal communications.

A key focus of the role is AI-assisted content production. You will be expected to use current AI tools and emerging technologies to improve creative workflows, increase production efficiency, and expand the volume and variety of content we can produce while maintaining strong human creative oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, produce and deliver professional video content from concept to final production.
• Edit product, promotional, factory, assembly, instructional, training and internal communication videos.
• Create short- and long-form content for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form videos, social media assets and digital advertising.
• Apply motion graphics, titles, subtitles, transitions, visual effects and branded elements.
• Perform colour correction, colour grading and professional audio editing.
• Create product demonstrations, assembly instructions and feature-explanation videos.
• Ensure product information, specifications, colours and claims are accurately represented.
• Use AI tools for scripting, storyboarding, concept development, editing, visual effects, voiceovers, transcription, captioning and content repurposing.
• Develop effective AI prompts, templates and repeatable workflows to improve production efficiency.
• Evaluate emerging AI video, image, audio and animation technologies and recommend useful tools.
• Collaborate with commercial, marketing, e-commerce, sales, operations, engineering and product teams.
• Translate commercial and technical information into clear, engaging and easy-to-understand content.
• Produce content across multiple brands and adapt assets for different audiences, platforms and markets.
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, feedback and revisions while maintaining high-quality output.
• Maintain organised project files, footage, templates, prompts and completed assets.
• Ensure all content follows approved brand guidelines and maintains consistency across brands.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in video production, video editing, digital media or a similar commercial creative role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating professional video production and editing skills.
• Experience creating content for multiple digital and social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, composition, sound and visual quality.
• Experience using professional video editing software and creative tools.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted video and content production workflows.
• Ability to turn raw footage and creative briefs into polished, commercially effective content.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with product specifications and technical information.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and proactively identify content opportunities.
• Commercial mindset with an understanding of how content supports sales, marketing, product education and customer engagement.
