KBR is looking for a Senior Technical HSE Engineer for a PMC project with Petrochemical & LNG experience to be based in Abu Dhabi and must be willing to travel to international locations outside the UAE.

Experience required:

Minimum Overall 15+ years of experience in oil & gas projects. Minimum 5+ experience in Petrochemical & LNG Projects. Experience within FEED & Detail Engineering projects. ADNOC project experience is an advantage. PMC projects experience is an advantage. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is a MUST.

Candidates must be willing to travel to international locations outside the UAE.

1. Candidate should have experience leading and performing Loss Prevention and Process Safety engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle.

2. Experience with review and technical oversight for safety studies, including:

• Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA)
• Fire and Explosion Risk Assessment (FERA)
• Escape, Evacuation and Rescue Analysis (EERA)
• Flare Radiation and Dispersion Studies
• Fire & Gas Detection Mapping Studies
• Health, Safety and Environmental Impact Assessment (HSEIA)

3. Experience with review and validation of Fire & Gas detection philosophies, hazardous area classification studies

4. Experience with review and provision of technical guidance on building Fire & Life Safety systems

5. Prior ADNOC and/or LNG project experience is preferred.
