About the Role

As a Distribution Operations Senior Specialist, you will help ensure Crunchyroll content reaches our distribution platforms and partners accurately, reliably, and on time. You will serve as an operational point of contact for the day-to-day delivery responsibilities of an assigned line of business, supporting launch readiness, delivery validation, issue remediation, and escalation across the content supply chain.

You will work closely with Distribution Operations, Content Operations, and internal and external stakeholders to keep content moving from validated assets through global distribution. Your work will help strengthen speed-to-market, delivery quality, and partner confidence while identifying opportunities to improve how we operate at scale.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day distribution workflows for an assigned line of business, including order submission and tracking, delivery confirmation, and readiness checks.

• Investigate and remediate delivery issues through JIRA and other workflow tools, escalating risks and blockers when needed.

• Monitor content delivery activity to help ensure titles and assets are distributed accurately and on time.

• Collaborate with Distribution Operations teams across lines of business to support distribution parity when required by business needs.

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders across the content supply chain to coordinate delivery, readiness, and issue resolution.

• Identify root causes of operational issues and help drive timely remediation.

• Partner with Distribution Operations leadership to evaluate processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability, and scale.

About You

• You have 2+ years of experience in content distribution, media operations, digital supply chain, content delivery, broadcast operations, streaming operations, or a related field.

• You have experience managing operational workflows such as order submission, tracking, delivery verification, and issue resolution.

• You are comfortable using ticketing and workflow management systems such as JIRA or similar platforms.

• You can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and process accuracy.

• You approach operational issues with curiosity, investigate root causes, and know when to escalate risks appropriately.

• You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting content delivery across multiple distribution platforms, partners, or lines of business.

• Experience working across interconnected content operations or digital supply chain workflows.

• Experience identifying process improvements that increase operational efficiency, delivery quality, or speed-to-market.

Working as the outbound complement to Content Operations' inbound workflows, Distribution Operations helps validated, high-quality assets move from creation through global distribution.
