The Mission

Kahoot! is redefining how the modern workforce learns, engages, and collaborates. We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to help shape and grow our “At Work” segment, Kahoot! 360.

You will be a visible voice for Kahoot! in the corporate world—shaping our narrative, influencing the global Learning & Development community, and bridging the gap between our strategic vision and commercial execution. You’ll work closely with our Chief Solutions Officer and Oslo-based Product team on strategy, product roadmaps, and commercial initiatives.

The role is designed to grow in scope over time, with the opportunity to take on increasing ownership of Kahoot! 360 and its strategic direction as you deepen your understanding of our organisation, customers, and market.

This position is based at our HQ in Oslo.

Your Role

Reporting to the Chief Solutions Officer, you’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, product, commercial execution, and thought leadership.

Market Evangelism & Thought Leadership

• External Evangelism: Represent Kahoot! 360 with customers and industry audiences through events, webinars, customer conversations, and industry forums.
• Narrative Shaping: Shape and communicate Kahoot! 360’s point of view on corporate learning, employee engagement, and internal communication.
• Industry Engagement: Build relationships across the global Learning & Development community and strengthen Kahoot!’s voice in the space.

Strategy & Segment Growth

• Strategy & Product Roadmapping: Work closely with the Chief Solutions Officer, senior leadership, and Product to help shape the strategy and product roadmap for Kahoot! 360, turning customer needs, market opportunities, and business ambitions into clear priorities.
• Market Intelligence: Act as the “eyes and ears” of the company, bringing insights on the competitive landscape and emerging trends into our strategy and priorities.
• Strategic Initiatives: Drive strategic and commercial initiatives from idea to execution, working closely with the relevant teams to accelerate product adoption and global revenue growth.

The Bridge Between Customers, Product, Sales & Marketing

• Customer & Commercial Solutions: Translate market needs and customer pain points into impactful commercial products and initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure our solutions aren't just built well, but are “sold right” and resonate with corporate trainers and HR leaders.
• Roadblock Removal: Act as the operational “glue” across teams, helping turn the Kahoot! at Work strategy into execution.

Requirements

Who you are

• Strategy & SaaS Experience: You bring experience from management consulting, strategy, or a similarly analytical environment, with a strong understanding of SaaS businesses gained either in-house or through advisory work.
• Product & Commercial Experience: You have experience working closely with Product teams and translating customer and market insights into product and commercial priorities.
• Strong Presenter & Communicator: You’re comfortable engaging senior executives, customers, and external audiences, can simplify complex topics, and confidently represent Kahoot! at webinars and industry events.

• Strategic & Operational: You can move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, helping turn ideas into concrete initiatives and action.
