Sobre esta vaga de Senior Product Marketing Manager na Stepful
About Stepful:
Stepful is a workforce platform redefining how America's largest health systems build, train, and retain their talent. Since our founding in 2021, Stepful’s trained over 32,000 practice-ready healthcare workers.
Layering onto our successful direct-to-consumer training, Stepful partners with leading healthcare institutions to address the growing national shortage of healthcare workers. We’re improving access to quality healthcare for everyone, everywhere, and improving access to healthcare career ladders for those who need them most.
Our students form the talent pipelines for major employers such as NY-Presbyterian, Mt. Sinai, HCA, Providence, CVS, and Walgreens. We have partnerships with half of the top 10 health systems in the US and are in process with many more.
Stepful is backed by Y Combinator, Reach Capital, and AlleyCorp, with a recent $55M Series C led by Oak HC/FT. We were named the #1 EdTech company in the U.S. by TIME for 2025.
Our values:
We credit much of our success to our exceptional team. We’re looking for mission-driven builders who thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, and embody our four core values:
Care first: We do whatever it takes for our students to succeed.
Learn quickly: We test, learn with data, and iterate.
Build together: We win when we rely on each other.
Own it: We show up, take initiative, and show pride.
The opportunity:
As more health systems turn to Stepful to build their workforce, the story we tell them has to be sharp, consistent, and backed by proof. We're hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own that story from end to end: how we position Stepful to health system and employer partners, the assets our sales team uses to win deals, the customer stories that prove our impact, and the account-based programs that reach our priority accounts.
This is a hands-on, independent role. You'll own the product marketing and B2B content engine day to day, run your own programs without close oversight, and partner on larger go-to-market launches as the function grows.
This hybrid opportunity is based out of our NYC office, reporting into the Director, Enterprise Marketing.
What you'll do:
Positioning & GTM Resources
Own and maintain Stepful's B2B positioning and messaging, and update it as our programs, partners, and market evolve
Build and refresh GTM assets such as pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and email templates, in partnership with our Workforce Solutions team
Content & Customer Proof
Run case study production end to end, from partner interviews and approvals to publishing and distribution
Own the content calendar and keep a steady cadence of content that supports pipeline goals
Partner with Client Success to find partner outcomes worth telling, and with Product and Learning to translate program details into buyer-ready language
Demand Gen & ABM
Build and run outbound and ABM sequences in Clay, from account lists and enrichment to personalized multi-touch campaigns, coordinated with sales on target accounts
Own reporting on campaign and content performance, share results on a regular cadence, and use what you learn to decide what to test next
Experiment with AI tools to speed up research, content production, and personalization, and document what works for the team
What you'll bring:
6+ years of B2B marketing experience across product marketing, demand generation, and/or content, including ownership of positioning and messaging
A track record of building sales enablement assets that sellers actually use, and of partnering closely with a sales team
Experience producing customer case studies and running a content calendar at a steady cadence
Hands-on experience running ABM or outbound programs aimed at enterprise buying committees, including building sequences yourself in Clay or a similar tool
Excellent writing skills: you can make a complex offering clear and compelling for an executive buyer
Comfort with data: you track funnel and campaign metrics, report on them clearly, and use results to change your approach
The ability to manage several workstreams at once with little day-to-day direction, and to flag risks and tradeoffs early
Bonus points if:
You've marketed to health systems, hospitals, or HR and workforce leaders
You've worked in EdTech, workforce development, or healthcare
You've been the first product marketer at a Series B–D startup
You have experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation and CRM tools
