Your Role 

• Strategic analysis and management of the credit card portfolio to identify growth, revenue, and optimization potential, as well as deriving targeted activation and sales measures.
• Conceptualization, implementation, monitoring and optimization of sales/marketing campaigns to increase card activation and usage, leverage up-selling and cross-selling potential, and maximize customer lifetime value.
• Define core value propositions, product positioning, and messaging frameworks.
• Partner with CRM Managers and Communications to ensure cohesive, high-impact storytelling across all channels.
• Leverage competitive research, customer segmentation, and product data to identify growth opportunities and adoption drivers.
• Partner with Marketing and Product to define roadmaps using customer insights.
• Collaborate closely with Risk, Control, and Compliance teams to navigate complex regulatory standards, delivering product and service launches that are both fully compliant and frictionless

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in product/portfolio management, project management or strategic management in the field of retail banking or fintech.
• Experience in the management of credit card portfolios is a strong plus.
• Proven track record in product marketing, GTM execution, and growth metrics optimization.
• Experience with data analytics, marketing automation and tracking tools.
• Strong background in data analytics, user segmentation, and funnel optimization.
• Exceptional communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent German language skills; English is a strong plus.
• Strong project/program management skills.
• Attention to detail and strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven mindset.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on mentality.
• Strong sense of team work.
• A structured, result-oriented and independent way of working.
