Scopely is looking for a Senior Product Manager, CRM to join our MONOPOLY GO! game team in our Barcelona studio on a hybrid basis (3X in office), or remotely within the UK.

What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to shape how Monopoly GO! connects with players throughout their journey, solving complex product challenges and creating communication experiences that are more relevant, timely, and valuable.
As Senior Product Manager for CRM, you’ll own the vision and roadmap for the capabilities, tools, and experiences that power communication throughout the player journey. You’ll identify player and business needs, translate them into product opportunities, and lead cross-functional teams to discover, build, and continuously improve scalable CRM solutions for a leading live-service mobile game.
Product Strategy

- Own and lead the CRM product roadmap and strategy across player-facing experiences and internal tooling, translating player, business, behavioural, and market insights into strategic priorities
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, reactivation, and player value, while shaping the future of CRM across push, email, in-game messaging, Live Activities, and emerging channels
- Champion relevant, contextual, personalised, and player-first communication experiences while serving as a senior product voice and CRM subject-matter expert across the organisation
Roadmap, Discovery and Innovation

- Lead discovery and ideation to identify player needs, team pain points, and opportunities to evolve CRM, while leading a cross-functional product area with dedicated software engineering resources
- Provide clear product direction, priorities, requirements, and success criteria to guide execution, and own delivery outcomes from discovery and prioritisation through development, launch, measurement, and iteration
- Evolve CRM capabilities including personalisation, automation, segmentation, decisioning, orchestration, and dynamic content
Performance and Continuous Improvement

- Partner with the analytics team to monitor and report on program effectiveness, using data-driven insights to recommend continuous improvement and keep players at the heart of every decision
- Lead structured testing strategies across A/B testing, cadence, segmentation, and channel mix, while championing a strong test-and-learn culture
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Product Management or a related product discipline
- Product experience in gaming is strongly preferred; experience in entertainment or mobile apps is also relevant
- Strong understanding of player lifecycle and contact strategy
- Analytical mindset and confidence using data to identify opportunities and guide decisions
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- A player-first mindset and a drive to keep improving product and communication strategies
Bonus Points
- Hands-on experience with Braze or a similar marketing automation platform
- Experience with tools such as Looker
- Experience with live-service, casual, or social games
