Job Description

Memimpin pelaksanaan Compliance Review dalam tim sesuai dengan Compliance Plan dan melakukan supervisi atas pekerjaan tim.

Termasuk di dalamnya:

Berdiskusi atas temuan yang perlu ditindaklanjuti oleh fungsi kerja terkait. Menyusun Laporan Compliance Review. Melakukan supervisi dan penatausahaan dokumen/kertas kerja Compliance Review atas pekerjaan tim. Memantau penyelesaian tindak lanjut perbaikan (corrective action plan) atas temuan oleh fungsi kerja terkait. Menyusun laporan bulanan atas pelaksanaan tugas dan tanggung jawab unit kerja Non AFC Assurance. Melakukan implementasi Regulatory Risk  and Control Self Assessment (RRCSA) dan membantu pembuatan Compliance Plan. Melakukan supervisi serta penatausahaan dokumen pelaksanaan Electronic Communication Surveillance dan pelaporannya. Melakukan tugas-tugas lainnya yang terkait dengan fungsi kepatuhan atau yang diberikan oleh atasan.
