About the Department

Personal Financial Services: We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute daily operational tasks accurately and efficiently, adhering to established procedures and deadlines.
• Process and verify transactions, documents, and data, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other departmental documentation.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional and timely manner, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Support the implementation of new processes, systems, or policies within the department.
• Maintain accurate records and files in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
• Identify and escalate potential risks or operational issues to senior management.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a banking or financial services environment, preferably in a similar operational role.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, products, and services.
  Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data processing and document handling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  Knowledge of relevant banking regulations and compliance requirements in Vietnam is a plus.
