• 3–5 years of hands-on Jira and Confluence administration experience, including involvement in an Atlassian migration or instance-consolidation project data center/ Cloud.

• Qualifications and working hours: B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, or an equivalent related qualification; willingness to work rotational UK/US shifts and support planned migration cutovers and maintenance windows.
• Preferred skills and success measures: Atlassian certifications, Atlassian Guard, enterprise identity management, large-scale migrations, Python or PowerShell, and IT service/change management experience are preferred; success is measured by accepted migration milestones, validated data and permissions, minimal disruption, timely issue resolution, secure configurations, complete handover, and improved user adoption.
