Senior Manager, Marketing
Role Overview
Brillio is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to lead BFSI marketing programmes across banking, financial services and insurance sector. This role will drive field marketing, ABM, demand generation, executive engagement and sales-aligned campaigns that create access, open buying centres, accelerate opportunities and support pipeline growth.
The ideal candidate is an AI-native marketer who uses AI as part of their everyday workflow—to uncover account and buyer insights, identify opportunities, personalize engagement, accelerate execution, and continuously improve marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities

Define and execute BFSI go-to-market and field marketing plans for priority existing accounts and net-new targets.

Partner with BFSI leadership, Client Partners, Growth, Sales, Alliances and Marketing to align campaigns with account priorities, revenue goals, pipeline growth and expansion.

Design demand generation and ABM programmes, including account research, persona mapping, buying-centre identification, campaign orchestration and engagement tracking.

Run multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, paid media, webinars, executive roundtables, events, partner campaigns and personalised outreach.

Support timely lead follow-up and opportunity progression with campaign assets, executive messaging, account intelligence, event follow-up plans and opportunity-specific proof points.

Create BFSI-specific content and customer evidence, including case studies, public references and success stories around AI, data modernisation, customer experience, cloud, compliance, ServiceNow and digital transformation.

Strengthen collaboration across the select partner ecosystem to amplify campaigns and extend reach.

Track performance and be accountable for marketing contribution across engagement, SALs, meetings, opportunities, pipeline sourced, pipeline influenced and revenue impact.
Primary Skills
Required
-
7–10 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in IT services, consulting, digital transformation, SaaS or enterprise technology.

Expertise in field marketing, vertical marketing, demand generation, ABM, digital marketing, integrated campaign management and executive engagement.

Experience marketing to BFSI audiences such as banking, insurance, capital markets, payments, asset management or wealth management.

Hands-on experience with campaign planning, events, email, paid media, webinars, CRM, marketing automation, ABM tools and performance reporting.
Job requirements
Preferred

Exposure to AI, data and analytics, cloud, customer experience, ServiceNow, cybersecurity, intelligent automation or enterprise platform transformation.

Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Demandbase, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and similar platforms.

Experience managing executive roundtables, leadership forums, industry events, analyst-led programmes or alliance-led GTM campaigns.

Strong stakeholder management, written communication, project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
