About the role
As our Senior Manager, Business Integration, you'll help embed social impact into enterprise decision-making, planning, and execution across the LEGO Group. This newly created role sits within Social Responsibility and strengthens the connection between social impact priorities and wider business strategy.
You'll serve as the key link between Social Responsibility and core business functions, identifying opportunities where business priorities and societal outcomes can advance together. Through partnership, influence, and strategic alignment, you'll help integrate social impact into how the LEGO Group plans, prioritises, and delivers long-term value.

• Delivered social impact evaluation approaches that linked outcomes to measurable value.
• Built stakeholder relationship management strategies across multiple business functions.
• Developed sustainability strategy initiatives aligned with organisational priorities.
• Produced sustainability reports that supported planning and decision-making.
• Led community collaborations that created value for organisations and communities.
• Managed social responsibility initiatives that connected business and societal outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
• Delivered nonprofit fundraising initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Applied engagement strategies to strengthen participation and adoption.
• Used social engagement approaches to increase stakeholder involvement.
• Supported programmes addressing social issues through business or community partnerships.
What you'll build
• Identify opportunities where social impact priorities and business priorities can be advanced together.
• Partner across Commercial, Brand, Markets, Channels, Product Development, Public Affairs, Education, Sustainability, and other teams to strengthen integration.
• Build organisational ownership and co-investment around priority initiatives.
• Shape business cases and measurement approaches that connect impact and long-term value.
• Influence senior leaders through evidence, storytelling, and practical recommendations.
• Enable broader adoption of social impact priorities across the business.

You'll work alongside colleagues who value business acumen, critical thinking, design thinking, data fluency, change agility, storytelling, and thoughtful engagement while building meaningful connections across the organisation.
What success looks like
Success means becoming a trusted partner across the business and helping social impact become part of everyday decision-making. Over the next 12 to 18 months, you'll strengthen integration across enterprise priorities, support stronger links between impact and long-term value creation, and work closely with colleagues across Social Responsibility and key business functions to enable greater scale and organisational ownership.
