Reporting to the IT Project Team lead, you’ll be part of the Innovation team. In this role, you'll work hand in hand with production and the IT team to find the right software for the studio, plan how it lands, and deploy it at scale across the studio. When someone asks "what should we be using for this?", you're in the room for that answer.
In this role, you'll bring in new hardware, new software, and new ways of doing things. You'll decide what's worth adopting and what's hype. And you'll spend a lot less time closing tickets than you will building the things that stop those tickets from ever being created.
In this role, you will:
Design, test, and maintain deployment packages for software, drivers, and configurations across our desktop environment.
Own our Microsoft Intune environment, covering device provisioning, compliance policies, application deployment, and reporting.
Build scripts and lightweight tools that take the repetition out of desktop support (onboarding, patching, software updates).
Hunt down the friction in our support workflows, shoulder to shoulder with the IT technicians and co-develop fixes that measurably improve speed and reliability.
Document what you build and bring the team with you, through clear deployment and automation procedures plus the hands-on training that gets new tools genuinely adopted rather than quietly ignored.
Keep everything aligned with our security and compliance requirements, and stay close enough to the Microsoft endpoint ecosystem to tell us what's worth adopting next and what isn't.
What we're looking for:
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in desktop support, endpoint management, or IT operations.
Strong hands-on Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager administration including, compliance policies, application creation/deployment, provisioning, and reporting.
Real scripting ability in PowerShell to automate a workflow end to end.
Application packaging and deployment experience with tools such as PDQ Deploy, Ivanti, or SCCM, along with solid Windows OS deployment and imaging knowledge.
Working knowledge of Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365.
Experience in operating inside an ITSM platform like ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
Dans ce rôle tu devras :
Concevoir, tester et maintenir les packages de déploiement de logiciels, de pilotes et de configurations pour l'ensemble de notre parc informatique;
Prendre en charge notre environnement Microsoft Intune : provisionnement des appareils, politiques de conformité, déploiement d'applications et production de rapports;
Développer des scripts et des outils légers qui éliminent la répétition du soutien aux postes de travail (intégration des nouveaux employés, correctifs, mises à jour logicielles);
Traquer les irritants dans nos processus de soutien, coude à coude avec les techniciens TI, et concevoir avec eux des solutions qui améliorent concrètement la rapidité et la fiabilité;
Documenter ce que tu bâtis et embarquer l'équipe avec toi, avec des procédures claires de déploiement et d'automatisation, en plus de la formation pratique qui fait qu'un nouvel outil est réellement adopté plutôt que discrètement ignoré;
Garder le tout conforme à nos exigences de sécurité et de conformité, et rester assez près de l'écosystème de gestion des points de terminaison Microsoft pour nous dire ce qui mérite d'être adopté, et ce qui ne le mérite pas.
Ce que nous recherchons:
Un minimum de 7 ans d'expérience pertinente en soutien aux postes de travail, en gestion des points de terminaison ou en opérations TI;
Une solide expérience pratique en administration de Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager, incluant les politiques de conformité, la création et le déploiement d'applications, le provisionnement et la production de rapports;
De réelles compétences en scriptage PowerShell, suffisantes pour automatiser un processus du début à la fin;
De l'expérience en empaquetage et en déploiement d'applications avec des outils comme PDQ Deploy, Ivanti ou SCCM, ainsi qu'une bonne maîtrise du déploiement et de l'imagerie de Windows;
Une connaissance pratique d'Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID et de Microsoft 365;
De l'expérience de travail dans une plateforme de gestion des services TI comme ServiceNow ou Jira Service Management.
Sous la supervision du gestionnaire de l'équipe Projets TI, tu feras partie de l'équipe Innovation. Dans ce rôle, tu travailleras main dans la main avec la production et l'équipe TI pour trouver les bons logiciels pour le studio, planifier leur arrivée et les déployer à grande échelle dans l'ensemble du studio. Quand quelqu'un demande « qu'est-ce qu'on devrait utiliser pour ça ? », c'est toi qui es dans la pièce pour répondre.
Dans ce rôle, tu introduiras du nouveau matériel, de nouveaux logiciels et de nouvelles façons de travailler. Tu décideras ce qui vaut la peine d'être adopté et ce qui n'est que du bruit. Et tu passeras beaucoup moins de temps à fermer des billets qu'à bâtir ce qui empêchera ces billets d'exister.
