CF-IT's TOP organization is seeking a Senior IT Data Product Manager, located at the Hyderabad IT Hub. Specifically, you'll work within the Data & AI section that supports the Modern IT Service & Asset Management team.
The Digital Product Management job family involves the strategic management of digital products, from conception to launch and beyond. This includes understanding customer needs, defining product vision, and working closely with various teams to deliver value-adding digital solutions.
Digital Product Manager/Owner role involves setting priorities for a range of internal digital products within the organization. This includes translating customer needs into valuable, feasible, and usable user stories, personas, user journeys, and user flows. The role requires collaboration with partners to prioritize the product backlog and make data-driven decisions based on complex, multivariable environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and align strategy for the functioning of IT in sub-OU, service, product, program, technology domain, or IT horizontal process.
- Translate customer needs into valuable, feasible, and usable user stories.
- Drive the digital product strategy and define the roadmap.
- Collaborate with partners to prioritize the product backlog.
- Make data-driven decisions based on complex environments.
- Develop and run experiments to validate or disprove concepts.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Data & Analytics, Data Engineering, or related technology roles.
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT, data governance, data quality, and cloud data platforms (Azure, Databricks).
- Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, stakeholder engagement, and Agile delivery teams.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and business value realization skills.
- Preferred certifications: PSPO, SAFe, AZ-900, DP-900, Databricks Fundamentals, CDMP.
