Sobre esta vaga de Senior FP&A Analyst na Fundcraft
As the Senior Business Controller, you will play a key role in building out fundcraft's business planning, budgeting, management reporting and capital expenditure processes. You will work closely with the internal finance team and stakeholders across the business to prepare and provide commercial analyses that underpin strategic and operational decisions across the group. This role calls for strong technical finance skills combined with a commercial, analytical mindset, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing environment with a high degree of ambiguity and autonomy.
This role is based in Girona and reports to the Chief Financial Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain fundcraft's rolling mid-term business plan, covering historical periods and a forward-looking multi-year horizon, kept current and ready to share with stakeholders at any time.
- Work with the CFO and budget owners across the group to prepare the annual budget, from submissions and assumption review through to the consolidated group budget.
- Prepare periodic reforecasts against budget, explaining movements in key assumptions.
- Own the monthly management reporting pack, with variance analysis and commentary against budget, forecast and prior periods.
- Produce and maintain the core planning package, including P&L with margin analysis, personnel planning, revenue and go-to-market projections, unit economics, working capital modelling, and capex and IT cost planning.
- Deliver normalised, recurring business analytics, separating one-off items from underlying run-rate performance.
- Build out and maintain key commercial and financial KPIs, including sales funnel conversion, CAC and LTV, client segmentation, upsell and cross-sell, churn and net revenue retention (NRR).
- Support reconciling recurring and non-recurring revenue to the P&L, and produce run-rate analytics from full P&L through to EBITDA.
- Deliver profitability analysis by customer, fund, country, segment and department, at group level and over time.
- Own capital expenditure tracking against budget, including overruns.
- Assess which projects qualify for capitalisation, in line with the capitalisation policy agreed with Group Accounting and Tax.
- Provide profitability and cost-base analysis to support transfer pricing documentation.
- Work closely with the wider finance team to keep planning models, templates and capex tracking accurate and current.
- Maintain the finance system structures and reporting set-up that support management reporting, planning and analysis.
- Support the CFO in preparing board and investor reporting.
- Contribute to the month-end close in line with the close timetable, and support statutory audits with schedules for the areas you own.
- Act as backup for other finance processes as assigned from time to time.
- Document the processes owned by this role, keep the documentation current, and ensure backups can perform them using it.
- Carry out any other tasks that may reasonably be required from time to time.
