What the role looks like:

As a Senior Financial Coordinator, you will support accurate and timely financial operations across our Shared Service Center. You will contribute to global payment processing, financial reporting, analysis activities and operational optimization to contribute to effective decision‑making. Main duties can include:

•  Execute payments and support daily payment‑related tasks (such as rejected payment, direct debit, refund reconciliation, etc). Understand the entire payment life cycle (creation/reconciliation/refund). 

• Handle AP exceptions, escalations, and troubleshooting activities; Investigates and resolve AP invoice processing issues.

• Manage requests from customers and resolve payment-related issues and findings.  

• Collect, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data; investigate irregularities

• Prepare reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

• Support the maintenance of financial tools, dashboards, documentation, improve process quality and thus reduce recurring errors

• Contribute to training, knowledge sharing, and workflow coordination within the team

• Hybrid position (based in Sofia, Bulgaria) – 2 days remote and 1 to 3 days from the office

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or equivalent experience (preferrable)

• Experience in finance operations, payments, or Shared Service Center environments 

• Experience with ERP systems, good Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP)

• Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies and propose solutions

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
