PeopleCert is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Facilities Associate to join our Procurement & Facilities team. The Senior Facilities Associate is responsible for coordinating facilities operations, workplace projects, and technical maintenance activities to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-performing working environment. The role supports the planning and delivery of office renovations, workplace reconfigurations, and sustainability initiatives while overseeing contractors, coordinating technical teams, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
As a Senior Facilities Associate, your tasks will include:
- Coordinate office renovation and workplace reconfiguration projects.
- Review architectural drawings and support space planning initiatives.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and contractor performance.
- Coordinate office relocations and optimize workspace utilization.
- Supervise the technical maintenance team and external service providers.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, UPS, generators, server rooms, and access control systems.
- Monitor building operations to ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
- Monitor utilities consumption (electricity, water, and fleet) and support cost optimization initiatives.
- Collect, maintain, and report ESG and sustainability data.
- Coordinate recycling and waste management programs and support environmental initiatives.
What we look for:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Facilities Management, Technical Operations, or Workplace Projects.
- Experience in office fit-out, renovations, or workplace reconfiguration projects.
- Good knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, UPS, generators, server rooms, and access control systems.
- Strong project coordination, planning, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) and the ability to leverage technology to improve efficiency and workflows.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD for reviewing and interpreting architectural drawings.
- Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)
Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check (the results of which must be acceptable to PeopleCert and the HO) prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.
If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include:
- A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
- Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence)
- HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)
- Financial background check
- Employment reference check.
- If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK.
In addition, if personnel are required to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriately skilled in English language and, where SELT services are provided anywhere in the world (outside of the UK), the official language of the relevant country.
