Job Purpose:

• Drive e-commerce and digital marketing strategies to support business growth, partner acquisition, and engagement.

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to strengthen brand presence, generate leads, and drive DMP transactions.

• Leverage digital platforms, GA4, and analytics to measure performance, identify opportunities, and optimize digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives.

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns from ideation to execution and performance evaluation.

• Build strong relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective execution of e-commerce and digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the overall marketing strategy and execution for the Company’s e-commerce business, aligning initiatives with business objectives and growth priorities.

• Drive digital transformation through integrated e-commerce and digital marketing strategies, leveraging digital platforms, data, and technology to enhance customer and partner engagement.

• Drives 20% YOY growth for Tec D Digital Marketplace (DMP) and 20% increase in new transacting partners through DMP.

• Spearhead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Finance, and other relevant functions to drive DMP-related initiatives, including DMP/JDE integration, UI/UX enhancements, chatbot capabilities, and other digital improvements.

• Lead and manage DMP/JDE integration projects, coordinating requirements, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations with the regional team.

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms, to drive brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and new partner acquisition.

• Monitor and analyze website and digital marketing performance using GA4 and other relevant analytics tools, providing data-driven recommendations to improve engagement, conversion, and e-commerce performance.

• Identify and recommend new digital marketing strategies, tools, trends, and opportunities to optimize campaigns, partner journeys, and overall business results.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• 5 years and above of relevant experience in e-commerce and digital marketing is required.

• 1 to 3 years of experience directly managing / supervising employees is required.

• Able to execute instructions and seek clarification when needed.
  Possesses strong data entry skills.

• Able to demonstrate complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.

• Able to create and conduct formal presentations.

• Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively.
  Understands, communicates, and collaborates effectively with people across various identities.

• Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, generate new ideas, and be assertive.

• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.

• Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision while maintaining effective communication and alignment with the relevant team members and stakeholders.

• Demonstrates a strong team-oriented approach, with the ability to communicate proactively, maintain transparency, provide timely updates, and ensure effective alignment with team members, reporting managers, and relevant stakeholders.

• Able to balance independent ownership with effective collaboration, ensuring relevant team members and stakeholders are appropriately engaged and informed throughout the execution of projects and tasks.

• Proficient in using digital marketing tools, business systems, and software applications to support marketing operations and campaign execution.
