The Role

The Digital Consulting Practice is the business consulting unit delivering both strategy and implementation projects. We support the Zühlke Group from sales to delivery and ongoing relationship management as trusted advisors to our clients. Our consultants advise senior client management from Business, Data and IT in both short-term engagements and large transformation programmes.

As a (Senior) Consulting Manager with a focus on MedTech you will work with leading MedTech organisations on strategic and complex initiatives focusing on the intersections of Business, Data and IT. You act as a trusted partner to our clients and work closely with their teams to ensure their challenges are successfully translated into impactful, high-quality outcomes.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead or support MedTech consulting engagements related to product innovations, digital business model innovations, digital strategy and Data & AI transformations

• Translate business and market requirements into actionable concepts for R&D, engineering, and digital product teams

• Help organisations build and scale Data & AI capabilities, including operating models, governance, compliance, data platforms and people enablement

• Support the development of new business models and go-to-market concepts for digital health and MedTech innovations

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across strategy, data, engineering, UX, and delivery

• Take responsibility for client communication, structured analyses, and high-quality consulting deliverables

What’s Important To Us

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, life sciences, computer science, data science, or a related field

• At least 5 years of consulting experience in in the MedTech industry, ideally gained within a professional consulting firm

• Proven expertise in MedTech environments including digital strategy, Data & AI transformations, digital business model innovation or digital product development

• Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to translate complex topics into actionable insights

• High client-orientation with deep experience in managing stakeholders and delivering impactful client engagements

• Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as the talent to bridge business, engineering, and technology perspectives

• Willingness to work on-site at least two days per week

• Fluent German and English language skills (spoken and written)
