The Senior Commercial Manager AQURE is responsible for driving AQURE commercial performance across EEATR and APAC, with a primary focus on channel partner markets.

The role will accelerate AQURE revenue growth, increase attachment to the Radiometer installed base, improve funnel visibility, and strengthen channel partner capability to position AQURE as a core differentiator within the Radiometer point-of-care ecosystem.

This role will work closely with regional sales leaders, channel partners, marketing, service, implementation teams, and global AQURE stakeholders to ensure commercial execution, partner enablement, and sustainable growth.

The position combines commercial ownership, channel partner development, solution-selling capability, and strong operational discipline.

This position is reported to the Director of IT, EEATR & APAC and is part of the Commercial/POCIT/Digital solutions team and will be working remotely preferably in the EEATR region to cover the EEATR & APAC regions 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Drive AQURE commercial growth across EEATR and APAC channel partner markets by owning key performance indicators including revenue, order intake, installed base expansion, attachment rates, funnel creation, and win rates.
• Enable and develop channel partners through structured sales training, commercial coaching, and value-based selling approaches that position AQURE as a strategic differentiator within the Radiometer point-of-care ecosystem.
• Accelerate high-quality funnel generation and support strategic tenders, installed base conversions, bundling opportunities, and 3rd-party connectivity projects to maximize customer value and business growth.
• Increase AQURE adoption across the Radiometer installed base by identifying expansion opportunities and promoting solutions that improve workflow efficiency, compliance, connectivity, data visibility, and customer retention.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders across sales, marketing, service, implementation, finance, and commercial excellence teams to drive execution, improve partner capabilities, and deliver sustainable business results.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Commercial Execution & Accountability – Proven ability to translate strategy into measurable business growth through disciplined planning, execution, and ownership of results.

• Channel Partner Leadership & Enablement – Demonstrated success influencing, coaching, and developing channel partners to build capability and drive commercial performance.

• Strategic Solution Selling – Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to position solutions based on customer outcomes, workflow efficiency, compliance, connectivity, and business value.

• Data-Driven Collaboration & Influence – Skilled at using CRM, pipeline, and business data to drive decisions while effectively collaborating and influencing stakeholders across functions and organizational levels.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

• Ability to travel: 40 -50%

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience with AQURE, POC IT, LIS/HIS connectivity, middleware, quality control, user management, or data insight solutions.

• Understanding of Radiometer’s blood gas, immunoassay, service, and digital solutions portfolio.

• Experience in emerging markets and tender-driven healthcare environments.
