As Portfolio Deployment Lead, you will lead the China portfolio deployment agenda, translating global portfolio direction and China commercial priorities into clear strategies, recommendations and executable plans. You will own key portfolio levers including portfolio differentiation, listing strategy and related governance, working closely across teams to turn portfolio choices into business impact.

The Regional Commercial Development sits as one of the China Market Group leadership Team functions, tasked with linking global commercial guidance to on-the-ground local execution across commercial domains, including Commercial Planning, Portfolio Deployment, Revenue Management and Channel Management. 

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of China portfolio deployment strategy, aligned with global portfolio direction and local commercial priorities.
• Partner closely with cross functional teams and Global teams to drive cross-functional alignment and execution.
• Support other broader commercial strategy initiatives as needed
• Translate complex portfolio topics and differentiation needs into clear, strategic and actionable commercial choices.
• Lead portfolio governance, ensuring deployment principles and decisions are consistently understood and executed.

Do you have what it takes?

• Strong commercial and strategic thinking, with the ability to turn complex information and ambiguity into clear recommendations.
• Clear and concise communicator, with experience engaging across multiple functions and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical capability, with the ability to connect data and insights to commercial decisions.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in portfolio strategy, category management, commercial strategy, channel strategy or a related field.
• Experience working on global projects or within a matrix organization
