Duties & Responsibilities
- Mastery of Business Analyst Activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, product managers and developers to gather product requirements. Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide domain expertise as needed.
- Expert in Retail Business and ERPs with good domain knowledge.
- Write comprehensive business and customer requirements, including scope, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in research and implement new ideas and processes to enhance business analysis practices.
- Perform demonstrations of sprint reviews and, when necessary, present the finished work to customers and stakeholders.
- Act as a mentor to junior team members, offering guidance and support.
- Work on projects of high complexity, contributing to project plans and timelines.
- Works with 1-2 scrum teams.
- Reviews and negotiates priorities with Product Management.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team.
- Strong customer service orientation and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor others.
- Good with AI skills and building solutions using/via AI tools.
- Performs work under minimal supervision
- Knowledge on Purchasing, Inventory, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, GL flows in an ERP.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years progressive ERP experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
- At least 6 years of BA experience in building ERP products.
- Retail ERP knowledge is a MUST.
- Masters degree in Business analytics, or AI or Retail or Operations Management (or equivalent experience).
