Working closely with Nordic and global teams, internal stakeholders, and agency partners, you will bring commercial focus, structure, pace, and strong project leadership to the Nordic business.

- Develop and execute integrated campaigns, product initiatives, and locally relevant activations across Nordic markets
- Manage the brand budget, optimize investment against agreed priorities and KPIs, and connect marketing activity to sales, penetration, and market-share growth
- Brief and lead media, creative, and activation agencies from development through delivery
- Adapt global campaigns and develop local assets for Nordic consumers while ensuring consistent and distinctive brand execution
- Lead launches and marketing projects in close collaboration with Sales, Category, Finance, Supply Chain, global teams, and agency partners
- Monitor brand performance, consumer insights, and market trends, turning complex findings into clear recommendations and actions

- Commercial mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English is a must have; additional Nordic language skills are an advantage.
- A structured, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail combined with confident communication and the ability to influence across functions and markets.
- Resilience, positive energy, strategic thinking, and a strong ownership mindset.
