What You Will Do:

• ​Ensure general management of the office, overseeing operational efficiency, effective communications.
• Maintain facilities management, handling housekeeping/security staffs, and facilitation of all office functions and services including facility inspections.
• Act as primary liaison between the company, staff, and office building management, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests.
• Oversee and achieve organizational goals while maintaining an efficient, productive, and positively cultured office and employee experience.
• Coordinate and participate in company-wide event management activities.
• Perform a variety of administrative duties, such as generating and distributing letters, spreadsheets, forms, and sorting and distributing incoming mail.
• Proactively investigate the procurement of the office related requirements and coordinate the respective departments.
• Schedule and track meetings and appointments, coordinate travel arrangements and office transportations.
• Assist Manager in performance of any other administrative tasks and suggest actions to build an enabling environment in the company.

What You Will Need:

• Qualification      : Bachelor’s degree/MBA
• Experience         : 1-3 years in Admin

• Knowledge about facility management and administration.
