Summary:
As a Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of security services projects. This role requires coordinating with global teams to utilize established methods, tools, training, and assets effectively. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met while maintaining high standards of service delivery. The lead also monitors progress, addresses challenges proactively, and ensures alignment with organizational goals, fostering collaboration across diverse teams to drive project success.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to enhance their professional growth.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ForgeRock Access Management.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management concepts and best practices.
- Experience in configuring and managing access control policies and authentication mechanisms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to access management systems.
- Familiarity with integration of ForgeRock solutions with various enterprise applications and platforms.
- Understanding of security protocols and standards relevant to access management.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ForgeRock Access Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
